Hot Air Balloons
I've been building RC balloon envelopes as a passion project for over 10 years. I've only built a select handful in that time, taking about 25 hours of dedicated machine sewing for each one to ensure they are built right.
Fabric Selection
Built using your choice of standard 1.9 oz ripstop nylon (the same fabric used by the "big boys" in full-scale ballooning) down to ultra-lightweight 3/4 oz fabric, plus authentic Nomex for the mouth and scoop.
Dedicated Craftsmanship
With a decade of experience building a small number of custom envelopes, I put over 25 hours of careful machine sewing into each project to ensure strong seams and reliable flights.
Envelopes Only
I focus entirely on what I love doing: sewing the fabric. Currently, baskets, burners, and radio gear are not included with any of my builds.

Custom Designs & Colors
I offer fully custom designs and color patterns tailored to your vision. Please note: I only build standard traditional balloon envelopes. I do not build special shapes.

The perfect size for sport flying and easy transport. Offers an excellent balance of lift and fuel efficiency for standard RC setups.

120m³ Envelope
A larger volume envelope designed for greater lift capacity, heavier custom baskets, and supreme stability in the air.

- Height: ~25 Feet Tall
- Material: Choice of Ripstop Nylon
- Base: Expanded Nomex scoop
